COVID Update 2021

Dear Valued Patient,

The doctors and staff at Palatine Vision Center are excited to announce that we have simplified our registration process! When you book an appointment, you will receive a link to a secure, HIPAA compliant site to complete the registration for your upcoming appointment. This will allow us to provide more efficient service while you are in our office.
As many of you are aware, Governor Pritzker fully re-opened Illinois on June 11th, and with that in mind, we want to update our patients on our new protocols.

We will for the foreseeable future require both staff and patients to be masked as we move forward. As stated in Restore Illinois “Phase 5 Guidance for Businesses”, those who are fully vaccinated, must continue to wear a mask in accordance with CDC guidelines, which includes healthcare settings.

We have greatly appreciated your patience and understanding as we all navigated through this pandemic together. We personally want to extend our gratitude to all of you for your continued support and loyalty. By supporting small local businesses like ours, you are allowing us to continue to provide personalized services to you and our community. We look forward to seeing you again very soon.
