COVID Policy/Procedures Update

Dear Valued Patient,

Thank you for your trust and patience over the past few months as we continue to navigate COVID-19. Our screening measures and safety precautions will remain in place in order to protect the health and safety of our patients, staff and community.

We have made the decision to postpone our Annual Fall Trunk Show this year. We are excited to announce that Palatine Vision Center turns 50 years old in 2021! We look forward to inviting you to our 50 year celebration and Annual Fall Trunk show next fall!

We greatly appreciate your understanding of our longer than usual wait times to schedule an appointment. Please call us soon to schedule your appointment so we can see you before the end of the year.

Important office information:

  • Any visit to our office requires an appointment. This includes appointments with our optical team.
  • Please be sure that your mask covers your nose and mouth the entire time you are in our office. We do not allow vented masks.
  • Prior to entering our office, a member of our team will take your temperature and ask you a series of COVID-19 questions adapted from the CDC. Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or have been exposed to COVID-19.
  • Our office hours beginning September 1, 2020 are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8-6, Wednesday and Friday 9-5 and Saturday 8-12. We will be closed the last Saturday of each month so our team can enjoy time with their loved ones.
