COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update
To Our Valued Patients:
We are continuing to monitor the state and CDC guidelines. We have made the decision to continue to postpone all routine eye care until we are updated by the CDC and local government. Our team will be available for ocular emergencies only from 9 am-1 pm M,W,F.
Although the physical office will be closed, our team will be available to answer questions, place contact lens orders, and schedule ocular emergencies.
We are offering to extend contact lens prescriptions for up to three months for current patients whose prescriptions expire in March or April of 2020. We will be waving all shipping fees and offering curbside pick-up by appointment only.
When your glasses are ready for pick up we will be offering free shipping or curbside pick-up by appointment only. If there is an urgent need to have your glasses repaired or replaced please call our office.
Our doctors will be available for red eyes, sudden vision loss, and other urgent issues for both new and established patients during our reduced hours. Outside those hours call and listen to the voicemail for instructions.
